The project was for the conversion of derelict / fire damaged stone farm building into a suite of modern offices with associated site works, drainage etc.

This client provided drawings and a schedule of works, we produced the contractors tender from this, agreed the contract sum. We then carried out monthly valuations, variation evaluation and the final account or the contractor.
