This project was for the construction of a 78 No bed care home and 13 No flats providing sheltered living accommodation attached to main building.

We were appointed by SAC to prepare a full BOQ for the project for them to prepare their tender submission. This was one of many such projects we have recently carried out for SAC Construction Ltd on a similar basis.
