S D Passey Associates, now celebrating over 30 years, was initially set up to provide a fully comprehensive and integrated construction consultancy service to all sectors of the construction industry and its clients.

It was founded by Stephen Passey in 1990 after 15 years of experience gained in the industry at all levels as a Quantity Surveyor and Construction Manager for both contractors and developers.
